"Well, don't worry about that. I don't think he's the marrying type." I said with a laugh. Sure, I wanted to get married and have kids, what girl didn't dream of that? But I loved Augustus and would put that aside for him. I just wanted to be with him. I nodded as I swallowed my pumpkin juice. I could feel the blush creep up on my face again. I wonder if Augustus liked when I blushed, or thought I was stupid and immature for it? "Of course we are!" I said with a grin. "See, he's an amazing kisser. If we can find you a boyfriend you might not get so grossed out at the thought." I said with a laugh. I knew as soon as she found out it was Augustus I had been snogging for the past four months she would be completely grossed out. Only Narcissa and Regulus knew about Augustus and I, but they both seemed uncomfortable with the idea of us going out.

((So all his friends know but hers don't? I thought no one knew except Reg.))
I stuck out my tongue as she talked about how he was an amazing kisser. I rolled my eyes at her too. "Well I don't see that happening anytime soon." I said and glanced down the table at Sirius. He was being his usual jokester self. I sighed and went back to my food. "I think you should just tell me who he is. Since I'm the closest thing you have to a sister, I have the right to give him the 'you hurt her and I'll kill you' speak." I argued, flicking a piece of corn at her.

((I wasn't sure. I wanted Narcissa to know, try to get their friendship in motion. I can edit it so it's only Cissy and Reg that know))
I followed her glance toward Sirius and smirked. So is that who she liked? I hardly talked to him, so I doubted so I could get him to ask her out, but maybe... "See, I would tell you, but... I know you won't approve. I'm sorry Leah, you know I love you and you're my sister, you know that, but... we'll find you a date and you'll find out then." I said, and looked back down to Sirius. "You like him?" I asked, motioning to him.

((I think it might be best if only cissy and reg know for now.))
My eyebrows rose and I choked on my pumpkin juice a bit. "Who?" I asked as if I hadn't just been looking at him. I followed her gaze to Sirius. "Who, Sirius? Sirius Black? Ha, I don't like him. I mean, what's to like?" I chewed on my lip as I felt a blush spread over my face. "Ok, I may like him a little. But what's the point? I bet he doesn't even know my name." I said and turned back to my food.

((Alright, I'll edit my post. :] ))
I laughed as she blushed. "Well, that's why you have to talk to him, silly. I didn't think my guy liked me, or even knew I existed, until he talked to me after Quidditch practice. Who knows, maybe Sirius does like you." I said with a shrug. I personally didn't see what was so great about him, what made all the girls fawn over him. "You have until the end of the week to talk to him before I hook you up with someone for the dance." I said with a wink.

((Lol, you liar. You LOVE sirius )) "Well, then you're going to be finding someone for me because I won't be talking to him anytime soon. What would I even say? 'Hi, I'm Leah and I've had the biggest crush on you since second year'?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. "Besides, who would you set me up with anyways? No one's interested." I added glancing around at the possibilites. There may be some that are interested but they're probably the ones I don't want to know.

(( It's hard to pretend to hate him. Him and Sev ;__;)) I looked around at all the tables and caught Regulus' eye. He scowled and looked away. In that minute, Augustus looked over at me and winked. I winked back and continued my search around the Hall, hoping Leah didn't catch the interaction between Augustus and I. "Hmm... I know there are some nice Hufflepuffs you may like. You fancy any of them? Or a Slytherin?" I laughed. It would kill our fathers to find out both their little girls were dating Slytherins. I was already dreading having to tell my parents... eventually.

I chuckled. "Yeah, I totally have the hots for Severus Snape." I said, rolling my eyes. I blushed as Sirius and James walked by. They both paused to look at me like I was a crazy person. "I...I was being sarcastic." I defended. They continued to stare at me for a moment. "I sure hope so." James commented, shaking his head at me. "We may very well have to kick you out of Gryffindor for that one." Sirius agreed. "Gryffindors and Slytherins don't mix." James added but I saw him glance in Lily's direction to see if she was listening. That earned him a glare from the red head.

I laughed loudly at the exchange between James, Sirius, and Leah until they mentioned how Gryffindors and Slytherins don't mix. What the hell did I have with Augustus then. I frowned at how James was talking, and at the glare Lily gave him. I hated seeing him annoy her like that; Lily was nice, from the couple of times we talked, and I didn't see why James always had to bother her. She obviously didn't like him, and them getting together was just as unlikely as my parents welcoming Augustus into their home with open arms. It just wasn't going to happen. "I think it shouldn't matter what house someone is in if you like them. I happen to have a very good friend in Slytherin." I said, and regretted it immediately. Great, I didn't want my whole house knowing that...

I looked at Sonia in shock when she mentioned that and instantly jumped in. "Exactly, there's nothing wrong with Slytherins. You guys just hate them because of Severus. And you only hate him because Lily would rather spend her time with him than you." I said, smirking at James. Sirius cackled at the look on James' face. "Whatever," He grumbled to himself. "So, who's you're friend in Slytherin then?" Sirius asked curiously. I turned to look at Sonia with a look that said, "yeah, who's your friend? I dare you to say no to them."

I blushed and bit my lip. Well damn, I really got myself into a bind here. I glanced over at the table and saw the two I was friendly with talking with their friends, ignorant to the conversation I was having now. I just wished dinner would end so I could leave and meet Augustus. "If you must know," I said, glaring from Leah to Sirius. "It's Narcissa Black. She's really nice once you... get to know her." I said. In truth, I didn't know her all that well but she wasn't as mean to me as most of the Slytherins were. Especially her sister Bellatrix...

I nearly screamed in frustration. Partically because she didn't tell me who the guy was and also because she was either lying about being friends with Narcissa Black or she really was friends with her and she didn't tell me. "Ugh, my cousin? I suppose you could do worse. Like my brother for instance. Neither of you should be talking to him." My face flushed a little bit as Sirius said that and I tried to distract myself by taking a drink of pumpkin juice.

"Yeah, don't worry. Your brother and I... we don't really like each other." I said, which was true. I think the only reason he put up with me was because I was with his friend; otherwise, I'm sure I would be getting made fun of and hexed just like everyone else. I looked at Leah and smirked. "But Leah here was talking to him earlier, weren't you, Leah? What was that about, anyway? He trying to get you to leave class or something?"

I nearly spit out my pumpkin juice as she mentioned that Regulus and I were talking earlier. Sirius looked at me expectantly and I blushed slightly, trying not to glare at Sonia. "As a matter of fact, yes. We were just talking and he told me I should go to class and I said I would when he did. Then he said he wasn't going and tried to convince me to skip. No big deal." I said, pushing my food around with my fork. I was afraid to look at anyone.

Sirius was looking at Leah suspiciously, but before he could say anything James turned to look at us. "Come on, Sirius. Dinner's almost over. Let's go find Remus and Peter." He said. Sirius smiled and winked at Leah and I. "Later girls. And stay away from my brother, alright?" He said, smirking playfully at Leah. I shook my head as they left; if he liked her it would make setting her up with him for the dance a lot easier, although... I looked over at Regulus and smirked as he and his friends stood up. Maybe I would talk to Augustus later tonight about getting Regulus and Leah to go to the dance together. "We should go too. I have to read something real quick before going to my...meeting." I said with a smile.
